We do not use the owner's logo, and we do not call this site the official Lamain website.

The office writes the quote, takes the deposit and the balance, collects the guest list and the passport copies for the sailing permit, arranges the pickup in Labuan Bajo, passes diets and allergies to the crew, and answers questions before and during the booking.

If the booked yacht cannot sail, the office arranges a replacement of the same class or the refund. The yacht, the route and the crew are the owner's and the captain's.

Replies come from people in the Labuan Bajo office, in English or Indonesian, and whoever answers your first message keeps the file until the pickup.
