Transfers, dinners and the services we quote separately

Airport, hotel and harbour pickup is free and included in the booking. The time and the meeting point are confirmed in writing. From the terminal, the drive to the harbour takes about 10 minutes.

A Toyota HiAce seats up to 12. For a party of 13 or more, a larger vehicle is available on request and quoted as its own line.

In confidence. The guest list is seen by the booking office and the crew only.

Dinner is served on board each night of the route. A special dinner is a different thing: a menu shaped around one guest's diet, planned with the crew and quoted separately before you pay.

A dinner ashore on an island, whether for the whole party, a private island dinner or a seafood dinner, is also quoted separately. The captain confirms the place on the day.

None of these dinners is in the fare. The dinner the fare holds is the meal of the day, with allergies passed to the crew.

Decoration of the deck or a suite is arranged on request and quoted separately. Styles and prices are fixed once the host says what the occasion is and which space is used.

The host's message needs the date, the place on the yacht, and what must not be touched. A suite with a jacuzzi balcony, Paris on Voyage 1 or Borobudur on Voyage 2, is the one a host asks about first.

We do not arrange fireworks or sky lanterns, and a cake, flowers or a musician follow the same rule as the decoration: on request, in writing, and quoted separately.

A photographer or drone can be arranged on request. A drone needs a park permit, and it is quoted together with the photographer.

On a private charter the guide and the photo and video documentation are not included; both are available on request and quoted separately. On an open trip, where the suite is sold by the seat, both are included; that is a different product, and the departures page explains it.

Each line on this page is priced in writing in the quote before you pay, and nothing is added to the fare without one.
