What happens to a review once it is sent
A review reaches the page with the guest's consent. Where the review was posted elsewhere, we link to the original and quote a short extract. Where it came to us by message, we ask before it is used, and we use the first name only.

After you disembark: sending a note to the office
After the trip we ask three things: which yacht, which suite, and what to fix. The note goes to the person who handled your file, and nothing in it is posted without your consent.
In confidence: a note about the crew or the guest list is read by the booking office. A precise criticism, with the yacht and the suite named, is worth more to the next party than a general one, and it tells us what to put to the owner in writing. Send it to the address on the contact page, and name the yacht in the first line.
