The private brief is a short journal for people who plan a principal's trip: arrival by private jet, resort or yacht, an executive offsite, moorings and anchorages, and a suite-by-suite look at Lamain Voyage 2. Each note is dated and signed, and links to the page that holds the rate.
Who reads the private brief
Planners, executive assistants and family offices read it, and so does the principal who wants to know what a note rests on. It is written for the person who sends the arrival details, fixes the dates and answers the questions of a party of up to 16 guests.
Every note is signed by a named author and carries the date it was written.
The five notes
Five notes. The first, Flying Private to Labuan Bajo and Onto the Yacht, sets out the arrival sequence from airport to harbour. The second, Komodo Resort or Private Yacht, compares what a budget buys by each route.
The third, An Executive Offsite at Anchor, draws a two-day agenda for ten principals on one yacht. The fourth, Moorings and Anchorages in Komodo, explains what the park and harbour rules mean for a party's day.
The fifth, Lamain Voyage 2 Suite by Suite, takes the eight suites from the brochures and photographs. Where a note gives a rate, the figure comes from the same 2026 tables as the price pages.

When is it updated?
There is no fixed schedule. A note is added or revised when a rule, a date or a source changes. Every note carries the date it was written and the date it was last updated, so a reader can see how old it is.
