Arrive in Labuan Bajo the day before sailing. Partner hotels sell their rooms to us directly, with no booking-platform fee, so you pay the hotel's own price for your dates. Pickup covers the airport, a hotel or the harbour, and the time and meeting point are confirmed in writing.

A party of ten needs rooms on one night, close enough to one pickup. Name the number of rooms and the night in your first message, and we ask the hotel to hold them for those dates. The hotel confirms its price in writing for your date and your number of rooms.

Harbour front or airport side: the trade
Meruorah Komodo Labuan Bajo stands on the marina, about 200 m from the harbour, so a party can walk to the quay on the morning of sailing. Crowne Plaza Labuan Bajo by IHG sits by the airport, about 3 km from the harbour. Between them lie Pede Beach, where Sudamala Resort Komodo is about 4 km out, and Waecicu Beach, where AYANA Komodo Resort, Waecicu Beach is about 7 km out.
The distance sets the length of the morning. A hotel on the marina leaves most of it free; a resort at Waecicu Beach adds a drive of about 15 minutes. The airport side makes the first night easy when flights land at different hours, and the beaches suit a party that wants a quiet dinner and has no early start.
Staggered flights, one boarding hour
Guests rarely land together. The brief for this page is one line per guest: name, arrival flight and the hotel they sleep at. We collect it in one message and fix a single boarding hour that every guest is told.
Arriving the day before sailing is the rule, because a delayed or cancelled flight costs the first day if the guest lands on the morning of departure. The arrivals page covers which cities fly to Labuan Bajo and what happens at the airport. A guest who lands the day before has a night to recover from the flight and a full morning for the boarding; a guest who lands on departure morning has neither.
The night after the yacht
The yacht returns to Labuan Bajo on the last day of the route, at a time given with your booking. Book onward flights only after you have that time. A party with a late flight can ask the hotel to keep rooms for the afternoon.
A night ashore after the yacht is worth asking for when the route ends late. We can quote it with the first night, so the party holds one hotel list for both nights and one pickup sheet.

Where should a party of ten stay the night before?
Near the harbour if the party wants a short morning, near the airport if the flights land late. Meruorah on the marina is about 200 m from the harbour; Crowne Plaza is about 3 km away by the airport. Send the number of rooms and the night.

Is the hotel before or after the charter?
Before, always: arrive the day before sailing. After the yacht is optional, and we quote it when the route ends late; onward flights should wait for the return time.
