Private gatherings on a whole yacht

Sixteen guests is the published capacity on both yachts. Voyage 1 sleeps 12 on queen beds; the 13th to the 16th guest need the extra beds in Osaka, Athena and Bern, and each of those guests pays the extra-guest rate. Voyage 2 sleeps 16 in eight suites with no extra beds. For a larger party, ask: we check it with the yacht in writing before any deposit.

Couples take a suite each. Friends travelling alone share by arrangement, and anyone who needs a bed to themselves is counted at the start, not at the harbour.

Nobody outside the list comes aboard. No shared sailing runs on the yacht during the charter and no seat on it is sold; the crew list is the only other set of names on board.

Suite assignment for twelve. A host and partner with five other pairs fill the six suites on Voyage 1: Paris for the host, Athena and Osaka for two pairs, Praha and Venice for two more, and Bern for the last pair. Praha and Venice are identical queen suites, so it makes no difference which pair takes which.

On Voyage 2, twelve guests fill six of the eight suites and leave two spare. Borobudur, the upper-deck king suite with the only jacuzzi balcony, goes to the host; Eiffel, the other king suite, to the closest friend of the host. Big Ben, Liberty and the four lower-deck suites Petra, Colosseum, Taj Mahal and Pyramid are queen suites at two guests each.

Six suites at two guests make 12 and eight make 16, so the yachts part company at a list of 13 or more.

On 3D2N a group has three days together. Day 1: Kelor for a short hill walk and a swim, Menjerite Point for a snorkel, and Kalong at dusk, with dinner on board. Day 2: Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Taka Makassar and Manta Point. Day 3: Sebayur, and the return. The three-day charter page has the full table.

A group remembers one stop above the rest. Ask for Padar to be the walk the whole party makes together on day 2, with anyone who prefers the deck waiting aboard. Pink Beach is the swim, and Kalong the hour the party spends together on deck. The captain fixes the order each morning, so a request for Padar remains a request.

The anchorage each night is the captain's call, and the return time in Labuan Bajo on day 3 comes with the quote.

Voyage 2's second band, IDR 220,000,000 (≈ USD 13,497), applies from the 11th guest to the 16th, so its cost for each guest is lowest at 16. Voyage 1 is lower in total at every size shown. Park tickets, flights and gratuities are paid on top, and a guide is quoted on request.

A group booking carries one name. That person receives the quote and pays the deposit and the balance, the others settle with them, and payment methods are on the booking page. No suite is held for anyone off the list, and any change to the list after the quote changes the quote.

• Suite pairings, and who will share.
• Arrival flights, so the pickup in Labuan Bajo covers everyone.

That is the whole brief. Each guest pays the park ticket on top of the fare, and the park fees page works it out for parties of 10 and 16.
