Eight guests: suites on a shared sailing or the yacht whole
Eight guests on Voyage 1 could take Praha and Venice at IDR 7,500,000 (≈ USD 460) a seat and Bern at IDR 6,500,000 (≈ USD 399) a seat. That is 4 seats at 7,500,000 plus 4 seats at 6,500,000, or IDR 56,000,000 in total. The whole yacht for 3D2N with eight guests is IDR 140,000,000 (≈ USD 8,589).
The seats cost less in total and put the eight on a yacht that other guests share, on a fixed route, with the guide included. The whole yacht gives the eight the suites, the dining deck and the guest list to themselves. On the seats, the eight do not choose the other guests; on the yacht whole, nobody boards who is not on your list.
What the Voyage 1 seat fare puts on the table
In the seat. Per person, twin share, for 3D2N: the local licensed guide and the photo and video documentation, meals each day, soft drinks, juices, coffee and tea, the excursions, a kayak, a paddle boat, snorkelling equipment and pickup in Labuan Bajo.
Paid by you. Park tickets and ranger fees, flights, hotel, insurance, crew gratuities and alcohol.
The Voyage 1 sailing plan, day by day
Voyage 1 sails one 3D2N route. Kelor, Menjerite Point and Kalong fill the first afternoon. The second day takes in Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Taka Makassar and Manta Point, and Sebayur Island closes the route before the return to Labuan Bajo.
Pickup is in Labuan Bajo. The captain sets the order of the stops on the day, because weather and current decide. The anchorage each night is the captain's call, made by the weather.

Ask. A date missing from the calendar may be taken by a private charter; a free one is quoted at IDR 140,000,000 (≈ USD 8,589) for 3D2N for 1 to 12 guests.
What does the open-trip route include?
Three days: Kelor, Menjerite Point and Kalong on day 1; Padar, Pink Beach, Komodo Island, Taka Makassar and Manta Point on day 2; Sebayur Island on day 3. The guide and the documentation are included, park tickets are not.
Who meets us at pickup?
Pickup in Labuan Bajo covers the airport, a hotel or the harbour. The person handling your file sends the time and the meeting point before you land.
